Dr. Jayendra Bajracharya received his MBBS degree from Quaid-e-azam Medical College, Pakistan in the Year 2000 and his Masters’ degree in Molecular Biology from California State University Long Beach, California, USA in the Year 2008.

Dr.  Bajracharya has extensive experience in teaching laboratory-based courses in the USA and Nepal. The courses he taught include Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Medical Biotechnology, and Microbiology. Before joining MBAHS, Dr. Bajracharya worked as the Head of the Department of Biochemistry of the College of Medicine of Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences, Sanobharyang, Kathmandu and held the rank of Associate Professor, which was verified by the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University. In the beginning of his teaching career, he worked as a lecturer of Biochemistry in Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS), Dhulikhel, Kavre.

Dr. Bajracharya is also an American Heart Association (AHA)-certified Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) instructor. He was the Skill Lab Coordinator in Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences, Sanobharyang, Kathmandu.

Dr. Bajracharya has deep interests in medical education.
