MR. SUPENDRA KARKI

Supendra Karki pursued his MPH degree from State of University Bangladesh in Jan 2006. He has received master's degree in both sociology and political science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He joined Hetauda School of Management as a lecturer as well as coordinator of health department. He also worked under the Ministry of Health and Population as an Epidemiologist at Central Regional Health Directorate, at the time of Pandemic Influenza A H1N1 and H5N1.

He has done many researches in Public Health and has been published in national and international journal. He contributes to promote health status of people through mass media such as TV, radio, YouTube by presenting health massages through a program called "swastha darpan" since 2003. Apart from his professional activities he is involved in different social activities. Currently, he is life member of Nepal Public Health Association and elected member of Bagamati province.
